About the role#
This co-op experience is an immersive, five-and-a-half-month rotation designed for students and recent graduates. You will join the AI-native culture at SharkNinja, working directly on live business projects. There are no simulations or busy work. You will be embedded in teams to build production-ready AI solutions and contribute to our broader AI transformation strategy. This role offers direct exposure to enterprise-scale innovation and partnership with technical and business leaders.
What you'll do#
- Own the end-to-end scoping, analysis, and delivery of defined business problems.
- Design, iterate, and document AI prompts and workflows.
- Manage data preparation pipelines and build dashboards, reports, or models.
- Identify trends and patterns in datasets to provide actionable recommendations.
- Use AI tools to automate analytical workflows and increase efficiency.
- Develop and test agentic workflow prototypes.
- Present findings and recommendations directly to team leads and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve data gaps or inconsistencies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's, master's, or PhD program, or graduation within the past year.
- Ability to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Demonstrated experience building with AI, including LLMs, automation workflows, agent frameworks, or prompt engineering.
- Experience working with real-world or messy datasets.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar tools.
- Ability to approach problems in a structured and logical way.
- Interest in consumer products, retail, or e-commerce.
