About the role#
This is a single application for early talent roles across SharkNinja in business operations, commercial, finance, and corporate functions. You will join teams across sales, retail analytics, strategic planning, global expansion, supply chain, finance, People & Culture, communications, or legal. You will work on the systems and decisions that keep a global consumer business moving. Each intern owns a meaningful project end to end and presents their contributions to SharkNinja leaders.
What you'll do#
- Analyze, plan, and support real commercial decisions.
- Build reports, dashboards, models, and trackers for leadership.
- Turn data into clear recommendations and present them to stakeholders.
- Partner across sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, product, and regional teams.
- Identify and fix process inefficiencies.
- Support sales reporting, analytics, and retailer-facing meetings.
- Support strategic planning, global expansion, and supply chain processes.
- Maintain standard costing assumptions and financial reporting.
- Support full-cycle early talent recruiting and campus events.
- Support onboarding, leadership development, and learning programs.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research.
What you'll need#
- Current student in a bachelor's, master’s, or PhD program, or a recent graduate within the past year.
- Ability to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week onsite-hybrid schedule.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Collaborative and cross-functional by instinct.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence in PowerPoint.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
