About the role#
The Operations Analytics & Reporting Intern supports the North America Operations data management strategy. You will help turn operational data into insights for leadership by improving KPI reporting, dashboard quality, and performance analysis. This role involves working closely with business and technical stakeholders to strengthen regional reporting capabilities.
What you'll do#
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards.
- Perform KPI reconciliation, reporting standardization, and trend analysis.
- Prepare monthly performance summaries for leadership reviews.
- Support the operating cadence for Monthly Operations Reviews, JOS meetings, and QBRs.
- Assist with daily data handling, documentation, and routine tasks.
- Learn standard processes, safety practices, and quality requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and assigned project work.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit or recent completion of a degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel for analyzing structured datasets.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel dashboards.
- Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to validating results.
- Foundational understanding of KPI tracking and performance reporting.
- Preferred: Basic SQL skills for querying datasets.
- Preferred: Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or industrial engineering.
- Interest in reporting automation and analytics process improvement.

- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The position is based on-site in St. Petersburg or Tampa, Florida.
