About the role#
As a Server Platform Intern, you will contribute to the growth of our Enterprise and Infrastructure division. You will work on the end-to-end definition, development, and validation of server and rack-level solutions for our customers.
What you'll do#
- Act as a technical advisor for systems engineering and management, focusing on application, storage, and networking performance.
- Perform system assembly, validation, and debugging of server platforms to support customer samples.
- Design and develop customer sample systems and define the steps needed to transition these solutions to mass production.
- Manage and track firmware, BIOS, and BMC updates.
- Provide ongoing customer support, including technical guidance and issue resolution.
- Participate in maintenance release activities and ensure the timely delivery of customer samples and validation data.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a rising senior or recent graduate in Systems, Software, or Hardware Engineering.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Working knowledge of server products, including remote management standards, interfaces, and applications.
- Expertise with Linux operating systems, related applications, and script development.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to drive work as a self-starter.
- Leadership qualities including agility, resilience, and the ability to build trusting relationships.
