About the role#
The Enterprise Solutions Intern will support the IT team with daily operations while gaining hands-on experience in a professional technology environment. You will assist with documentation, data management, and the coordination of routine administrative tasks while learning IT processes and best practices.
What you'll do#
- Support day-to-day IT and business operations through documentation, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Assist internal teams with functional requests by following established procedures.
- Organize and maintain department files, records, and documentation.
- Support project-related activities and coordinate routine operational tasks.
- Use computer systems and software tools to complete work accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to support departmental goals.
What you'll need#
- Status as a rising junior, senior, or recent graduate.
- Currently studying Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer literacy.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication.
- Ability to drive work independently as a self-starter and work well in a team.
- Willingness to learn new systems and software quickly.
- Experience with academic, personal, or team-based technology projects is preferred.
- Leadership traits including agility, decision-making, and resilience.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in St. Petersburg, Florida.
- You must be available to work from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027.
