About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in corporate human resources and talent acquisition. You will work with experienced professionals to understand day-to-day operations and business drivers within the organization. This is a full-time, paid position based at our corporate headquarters.
What you'll do#
- Participate in weekly intern activities and attend team meetings.
- Work on special projects involving talent acquisition, onboarding, employee development, payroll, benefits, and HR process improvement.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, culture events, and belonging programs.
- Support HR compliance by maintaining personnel records and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.
What you'll need#
- Current Junior or Senior status in an undergraduate program for Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or Communications.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A proactive mindset and a willingness to contribute new ideas.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.

- Location: Gallatin, Tennessee.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 24 through July 31, 2027).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
