About the role#
This full-time internship offers an inside look at how IT supports business operations at our corporate headquarters. You will work alongside our product team, business analysts, and project managers to gain practical experience in requirements documentation, stakeholder engagement, and project management. This role is designed to build a foundation in business product support and release management through hands-on collaboration with experienced professionals.
What you'll do#
- Shadow team members to learn daily business operations.
- Attend department meetings and scheduled intern activities.
- Assist with ongoing department projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Document requirements for smaller enhancements.
- Manage special projects as assigned by your supervisor.
What you'll need#
- Current Junior or Senior status in an undergraduate program for Data & Analytics, Data Science, Applied AI, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to share new ideas.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.

- Location: Gallatin, Tennessee.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 24 to July 31).
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
