About the role#
This full-time summer internship provides hands-on experience in corporate strategy, investment analysis, and financial planning. You will work alongside senior finance leaders on projects that influence company growth and capital allocation. The role includes a structured capstone project where you will present your findings and recommendations to leadership at the end of the term.
What you'll do#
- Support financial modeling, forecasting, business case development, and strategic analyses to guide business decisions.
- Analyze financial, operational, and market data to spot trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for finance leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Partner with team members across the organization to support special projects and strategic initiatives.
- Complete a capstone project focused on a specific business challenge and present your impact analysis to leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current Junior or Senior status in an undergraduate program.
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort working with data.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Interest in corporate finance, strategy, consulting, private equity, or investment analysis.

- Location: Gallatin, Tennessee (on-site at corporate headquarters).
- Term: May 24 through July 31, 2027.
- Status: Full-time, paid at $20.00 per hour.
