About the role#
This full-time internship offers an opportunity to learn financial planning and analysis within the SERVPRO organization. You will work alongside experienced professionals to understand how financial insights support business decisions, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management. This role is based at our corporate headquarters in Gallatin, Tennessee.
What you'll do#
- Shadow team members to learn financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Assist with monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and financial reporting tasks.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to gather information.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and special projects.
- Attend team meetings, department events, and scheduled intern activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in finance, economics, management information systems, or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or financial modeling is a plus.

- Term: Summer 2027, specifically May 24 through July 31, 2027.

- Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
