About the role#
The Velocity program is a customized internship and co-op experience designed to help you develop your career. You will work within the finance division at Tangerine, a digital bank under Scotiabank. This role offers the chance to learn and experiment across different areas of the organization. High performers may have the opportunity to establish future placements.
What you'll do#
- Plan and coordinate day-to-day team activities.
- Develop reports for internal and external partners.
- Summarize results to highlight wins and identify opportunities for bank initiatives.
- Analyze findings to suggest process improvements.
- Maintain accuracy in all documentation and deliverables.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project timelines and work schedules are met.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary education program.
- Ability to think creatively and contribute new ideas.
- Curiosity about business trends and the current market.
- Experience with extracurricular activities like clubs, conferences, hackathons, or competitions.
- Interest in working for an international organization.

- Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January to April).
- Modality: On-site.
- Status: Paid, full-time (37.5 hours per week).
