About the role#
This 9-week summer internship offers an introduction to the asset management industry within the Infrastructure division of Schroders Capital. You will gain hands-on experience by working with teams focused on capital raising, product strategy, and portfolio management. The program includes comprehensive training, shadowing opportunities with experienced professionals, and networking events.
What you'll do#
- Participate in introductory training to build your business knowledge.
- Contribute to live projects and support the structuring of new products.
- Research new investment themes and create materials for clients.
- Assist with capital raising processes and investor due diligence.
- Perform portfolio construction analysis, investment governance, and investor reporting.
- Maintain fund-level data and shadow senior leaders.
What you'll need#
- You are currently in your Junior Year and graduating in 2028.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to understand target audiences.
- Analytical, innovative, and inquisitive mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a result-oriented approach.
- Flexibility and openness to rotating across different teams.
