About the role#
This 9-week summer internship offers an introduction to the asset management industry. You will gain insight into how marketing functions operate within Schroders. The program runs from June 7, 2027, to August 6, 2027. You will work within diverse teams to support global marketing campaigns, brand strategy, and business development services.
What you'll do#
- Take part in comprehensive introductory training to build your industry knowledge.
- Contribute to live projects and gain hands-on experience.
- Shadow experienced professionals and learn from leaders in the field.
- Network with colleagues and other interns to build professional connections.
- Review content and materials for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
- Track tasks, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Communicate and coordinate within teams using tools like Outlook, Teams, or SharePoint.
- Contribute fresh ideas and innovations to marketing initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Currently in your Junior Year of undergraduate study and graduating in 2028.
- A passion for content, digital, and client-focused marketing.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to understand target audiences and marketing campaign types.
- Familiarity with mainstream digital and social media platforms.
- Comfort working with data and tracking key metrics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive approach to staying updated on marketing trends.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to ethical standards.
