About the role#
This is a 10-week paid summer internship program running from May 27, 2027, to August 6, 2027. You will work within the Group Benefits Marketing department to gain experience in a global financial services company. This role involves daily business interactions, project work, and networking opportunities with employees and senior leaders.
What you'll do#
- Learn how modern marketing functions as a revenue center.
- Collaborate with marketing professionals to develop campaigns aligned with the sales cycle.
- Gain hands-on experience with marketing platforms.
- Learn about the company purpose, values, and product offerings.
- Build a professional network and engage with other interns.
- Analyze data and ask questions to better understand business information.
What you'll need#
- You are a current junior with a graduation date of May 2028.
- Interest in a career in marketing, sales, or sales enablement.
- Curiosity regarding how the customer journey shapes marketing strategy.
- Interest in digital marketing, including advertising, engagement tracking, and campaign measurement.
- Ability to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
- Availability for the full duration of the program.

- Salary: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour.
