About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship program for Summer 2027. You will work within the Group Benefits Transformation team to support strategic initiatives. The role involves daily business interactions, project work, and networking with senior leaders and colleagues across the organization. This position is full-time and requires you to be on-site.
What you'll do#
- Partner with leaders in Operations, Claims, Service, and Transformation to support strategic projects.
- Analyze operational and customer data to find areas for improvement.
- Help create executive presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
- Design learning and development plans for new process improvements.
- Learn about the company’s purpose, values, and product offerings.
- Build a professional network and participate in intern community activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with data analytics and generative AI tools is preferred.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

- Locations: New York, NY; Boston, MA; or Bethlehem, PA.
- Term: May 27, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
- Compensation: $20.00 to $35.00 per hour.
