About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in marketing and branding for the Winter 2027 term. You will support key initiatives including social media strategy, copywriting, and campaign development. The role is designed for students who want to understand how content, data, and strategy connect to build brand awareness. This is a paid, part-time position.
What you'll do#
- Plan, schedule, and engage with content across social media platforms.
- Write and edit copy for posts, marketing communications, and campaign materials.
- Gather performance data to support marketing reports and summarize insights.
- Research current trends and ideas for future audience engagement.
- Create a report with recommendations for engaging college students on campus.
- Work alongside the marketing team on daily department needs and ongoing projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in social media strategy, copywriting, and marketing analytics.
- Ability to conduct research, organize information, and summarize findings.
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a team.
Location & details#
- The position is based on-site in Endwell, New York, with remote opportunities available for those in the Syracuse region.
- Interns are expected to complete approximately 120 hours throughout the term.
- Schedules are arranged based on academic availability.
