About the role#
Join our People and Culture team as an Employee Experience Intern. You will contribute to programs that help employees feel connected and valued. You will gain hands-on experience in event planning, employee engagement, employee resource groups, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Support planning and preparation for 2027 employee events.
- Research best practices and help develop practical applications for employee resource groups.
- Research DEIB-related observances and topics and create monthly highlights.
- Assist with communications, project coordination, and other Employee Experience initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members, share ideas, and help keep projects organized and on schedule.
What you'll need#
- Current college student pursuing human resources, business, communications, organizational development, social justice, or a related field.
- Organized, dependable work habits.
- Ability to manage details and meet deadlines.
- Curiosity as a researcher and clear communication skills for creating written content.
- Collaborative mindset with empathy, professionalism, and respect for different perspectives.
- Interest in employee engagement, workplace culture, and inclusive practices.
Location & details#
- Location: On-site at our corporate headquarters in Endwell, New York.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 2027 to May 2027).
- Compensation: $17.30 per hour.
- Schedule: Approximately 120 hours total, coordinated with your supervisor based on academic availability.
