About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience with branch operations and the processes that support member services. You will work on projects designed to improve efficiency and gain insight into how operational teams function within a financial institution. This is a paid, part-time position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Support branch operations through research, documentation, and process review.
- Assist with projects that impact branch teams and the broader organization.
- Review operational documentation to identify opportunities for clarity and consistency.
- Participate in vendor testing and provide feedback on tools and workflows.
- Provide project management support by tracking tasks and organizing information.
What you'll need#
- You are a current college student during the Spring 2027 semester.
- You are pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Your college or university is located in the Binghamton, NY or Saddle Brook, NJ areas.
- You are organized, curious, and detail-oriented.
Location & details#
- This role is on-site in Endwell, NY or Saddle Brook, NJ.
- The internship requires 120 hours over the course of the semester, averaging 12 to 14 hours per week.
