About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience in project management, analytics, and process documentation. You will work alongside team members to help move projects from initial ideas to execution. The position is paid at $17.30 per hour.
What you'll do#
- Work with project managers and business partners to support strategic initiatives.
- Gather, analyze, and organize data for project reporting and KPI tracking.
- Document workflows and evaluate processes to identify efficiency improvements.
- Participate in meetings and capture key decisions, risks, and action items.
- Develop and maintain project templates, SOPs, and training materials.
- Assist with project management and enterprise testing tools, including user setup and system administration.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university located in the Binghamton, NY area or surrounding regions.
- Pursuit of a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- A genuine interest in project management, enterprise testing, or process improvement.
- Ability to work on-site at our corporate headquarters.

- Location: Endwell, New York.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 2027 to May 2027).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Commitment: Approximately 120 hours total, with a schedule arranged around academic availability.
