What you'll do#
- Assist with projects and process improvements that support employee performance and organizational effectiveness.
- Review documentation to identify areas where processes can be clearer, more consistent, or easier to follow.
- Support vendor testing by gathering feedback, documenting findings, and tracking follow-up items.
- Provide project management support, including organizing project details, documenting next steps, and monitoring progress.
- Collaborate with internal partners to support initiatives that improve employee tools, workflows, or resources.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college student during the Spring 2027 semester.
- Attendance at a college or university in the Binghamton, NY or Saddle Brook, NJ areas.
- Pursuit of a degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- An analytical mindset and collaborative skills.
- An interest in how organizations support employee success.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site position located in Endwell, NY or Saddle Brook, NJ.
- The internship takes place during the Winter 2027 term (January 2027 to May 2027).
- The role is part-time, requiring 120 hours over the course of the semester, averaging 12-14 hours per week.
- This position is paid at $17.30 per hour.
