About the role#
This is an on-site HR Intern position based in Danbury, Connecticut. You will support two facilities by assisting with daily human resources operations and administrative tasks. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Support recruiting for hourly positions, including interview coordination and candidate communication.
- Help employees with basic HR questions and tasks.
- Manage administrative duties such as filing, record maintenance, and document organization.
- Create presentations and prepare materials for meetings and projects.
- Organize and track HR data to provide support to the team.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as needed.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to build your skills.
- Prepare and present reports on your contributions and learning throughout the internship.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- A detail-oriented and dependable approach to work.
- Comfort working in a team environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Must meet Export Control compliance requirements as a US Person.
