About the role#
This is a 12-month internship starting in September 2026. You will work on-site at our Stratford, Ontario locations. The role is full-time and paid, with wages ranging from $25.40 to $28.70 per hour based on your year of education. You will gain experience across human resources, technical training, instructional design, and workforce development.
What you'll do#
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and student employees.
- Partner with production leadership to create and maintain technical training matrices, on-the-job training documentation, and qualification records.
- Build digital learning solutions, including eLearning content using Articulate 360 and Camtasia.
- Administer and report on the SuccessFactors Learning Management System, including tracking course assignments and training analytics.
- Develop Interactive Production Guides to support onboarding and standard work.
- Work with the Schaeffler Academy and Learning & Talent Management teams on training projects.
- Maintain data integrity within SAP and SuccessFactors.
- Handle daily HR tasks like triaging employee concerns and updating records.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a post-secondary program in Human Resources, Adult Education, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
- A CHRP or CTDP designation is an asset.
- Experience with Articulate 360, Camtasia, video editing, or instructional design is an asset.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other learning management systems is an asset.

- Note: Successful applicants for the Aerospace division must meet requirements for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program.
