About the role#
Southern Plains Co-op is hiring a Grocery Cashier for our Estevan Food Store. This is a full-time, paid student position with a rolling start date. You will work on-site to support our daily retail operations.
What you'll do#
- Provide courteous customer service to all shoppers.
- Process transactions quickly and accurately at the till.
- Maintain accurate cash balances throughout your shift.
- Keep the front end of the store clean, neat, and well-merchandised.
- Supervise the packing of customer purchases.
- Assist with general stock duties and fill shelves during downtime.
- Follow all food safety and workplace safety requirements.
