About the role#
The Ag Solutions Summer Student position offers hands-on experience in the agriculture sector. You will work alongside our team in Lanigan, Saskatchewan, for the 2027 summer season. This role provides direct exposure to crop production and agronomy work while connecting you with local producers and our internal operations.
What you'll do#
- Work with our agronomist and sales team to learn about crop planning, troubleshooting, fertility, and crop protection recommendations.
- Build confidence by working directly with customers, producers, and team members.
- Assist with daily operational support, general inquiries, and transactions.
- Support field trials to gain real-world exposure to agronomy.
- Participate in training and development opportunities.
- Handle other duties as required.
What you'll need#
- Current enrolment in post-secondary education in Agronomy, Ag Business, Plant Science, Soil Science, or a related program.
- A willingness to learn and get involved.
- Previous agriculture experience is an asset.
- A focus on results and an honest, trustworthy approach.
- A belief in building relationships and collaborating with others.

- Term: Summer 2027 (May 1, 2027 to September 1, 2027).
