- Generate and analyze protein structure predictions and conformational ensembles using computational tools.
- Apply machine learning and statistical methods to analyze simulation data.
- Contribute to data visualization and interpretation of complex structural and dynamical information.
- Maintain organized computational workflows and documentation of methodologies and results.
- Learn from literature, meetings, and team members to solve chemistry and medicinal chemistry challenges.
- Communicate and interact with staff in a professional and courteous manner.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience running molecular dynamics simulations using GROMACS or similar software.
- Basic experience with programming for data analysis and visualization.
- Ability to relocate to the office location.
- Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
