About the role#
This 10-week summer internship offers MBA students exposure to the Specialty Care commercial team. The program provides mentorship and guidance while allowing you to contribute to projects within business units such as Immunology, Neurology, Oncology, Rare Diseases, Rare Blood Disorders, or Patient Support Services. This role is a pipeline for the full-time Commercial Graduate Program.
What you'll do#
- Lead or support the development of brand strategy and messaging.
- Analyze customer segmentation and create marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitive intelligence.
- Support analytical projects for new products and business development.
- Assess big data relevant to rare diseases.
- Assist with Global Pricing and Reimbursement activities.
- Collaborate with Value and Access leads on launch strategies.
- Perform commercial assessments for business development or M&A opportunities.
- Complete disease overviews for internal R&D compounds.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited MBA program, with one year of study completed before the start of the internship.
- Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship.
- Enrollment in a college or university throughout the duration of the internship.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week on-site.
- Strong analytical skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- A desire to serve patients and a drive for learning and career growth.
- Demonstrated leadership experience is preferred.
