About the role#
We are looking for a student to join our Immunology and Inflammation team for a six-month co-op. You will work within our research group to support projects focused on immunobiology and the treatment of inflammatory diseases. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
What you'll do#
- Execute in vitro experiments that target immune pathways.
- Develop and optimize cell-based assays to evaluate immunomodulatory therapeutics.
- Analyze flow cytometry data and other immunological readouts.
- Maintain cell cultures and prepare necessary reagents.
- Assist with data collection and present your findings during team meetings.
- Help with general laboratory organization and equipment maintenance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master program for Immunology, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week on-site for the full duration of the co-op.
- Basic laboratory skills, specifically aseptic technique, mammalian cell culture, and protein analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational habits for record-keeping.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple priorities.
- Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship.

- Compensation: $29-$45 hourly, based on experience
