2027 Spring Co-op Opportunities

About the role#

Sanofi is offering Spring 2027 co-op opportunities for students to contribute to research and development projects. This is a 6-month, full-time program starting in January 2027. You will work alongside mentors and teams to gain hands-on experience in a biopharmaceutical environment.

What you'll do#

Depending on your assigned discipline, you will contribute to projects including:

• In-vitro Biology: Conduct experiments to analyze how potential medicines interact with human cells.
• Medicinal Chemistry: Design and create new molecules for potential therapeutic use.
• Process Chemistry: Optimize synthetic routes and develop scalable manufacturing processes.
• Bioanalytics: Measure and evaluate the effects of medicines within the human body.
• Bioinformatics: Analyze genomic data to identify new therapeutic targets.
• Additional focus areas: Machine Learning/AI, Drug Product Development, Immunology, Characterization, Neuroscience Research, Public Affairs, Laboratory Automation, Material Sciences, and Market Access.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment at an accredited college or university in a relevant field, including Chemistry, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Must be enrolled in your academic program for the entire duration of the co-op.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
• Ability to relocate to the office location for the duration of the program.

• Term: Winter 2027 (6-month duration).
• Work Modality: On-site.
• Compensation: $27 – $60 per hour, based on experience and skills.
