About the role#
Sanofi offers 6-month co-op opportunities for the Winter 2027 term. This program provides students with the chance to contribute to real-world projects in pharmaceutical research and development while working alongside collaborative teams and mentors. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring 40 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Design purification processes to transition lab discoveries into treatments.
- Shape the final form of medicines to ensure precision and safety for patients.
- Pioneer new testing methods to establish industry quality standards.
- Analyze proteins and metabolites to understand and treat disease.
- Ensure microbiological safety and sterility standards across pharmaceutical products.
- Participate in disciplines including Molecular Biology, Medicinal Chemistry, Data Science, Digital R&D, Upstream MSAT, and Project Management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, which must be maintained throughout the duration of the co-op.
- Pursuit of a degree in Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Media Studies, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
- Ability to relocate to the office location.

- Work Modality: On-site.
- Duration: 6 months, starting January 2027.
- Compensation: $27 to $57 per hour, determined by experience and skills.
