2027 Spring Co-Op Opportunities

About the role#

Sanofi is offering Spring 2027 co-op opportunities for students to contribute to pharmaceutical research and development. This is a 6-month, full-time program starting in January 2027. Participants will work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, in a professional environment alongside mentors and cross-functional teams.

What you'll do#

• Design purification processes to transition medicines from laboratory discoveries to patient treatments.
• Shape the final form of medicines to ensure precision and safety in delivery.
• Develop and pioneer new testing methods to establish industry quality standards.
• Analyze proteins and metabolites to better understand and treat disease.
• Monitor and ensure microbiological safety and sterility standards across pharmaceutical products.
• Utilize data science and machine learning to derive insights from complex scientific data.
• Support upstream processes to optimize biological production from lab scale to global supply.
• Contribute to cross-functional project management initiatives to accelerate drug delivery.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, which must be maintained throughout the duration of the co-op.
• Pursuit of a degree in Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Media Studies, Computer Science, or related technical and life science fields.
• Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employment visa sponsorship.
• Ability to relocate to the office location for the duration of the program.

• Compensation: $27 - $57 per hour, determined by experience and skills.
