About the role#
The Sanofi Canada Co-Op University Recruitment Program offers students a chance to gain professional experience at our Toronto locations. You will work alongside experienced teams to develop your skills through mentorship and guidance. This program provides exposure to various business functions, allowing you to contribute to projects that support our mission of delivering medicines and vaccines to people worldwide.
What you'll do#
- Work 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Collaborate with departments including R&D, commercial operations, manufacturing, finance, digital technology, and supply chain.
- Gain practical experience and insights into pharmaceutical operations.
- Receive mentorship from leaders within the organization.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited university with at least one year of study completed.
- Maintenance of enrollment throughout the duration of the program.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Legal eligibility to work for Sanofi in Canada.
- Confirmation of eligibility from your university co-op office prior to applying.
- Relevant academic background in Biology, Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Data Science, Health Administration, or Biomedical Sciences.
