About the role#
This co-op program offers students the opportunity to gain professional experience within a biopharmaceutical environment. The role spans a six-month duration beginning in January 2027. You will work on-site in Morristown, New Jersey, for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
What you'll do#
- Supply Chain Planning: Coordinate complex global operations to ensure medicines reach patients when and where they are needed.
- Quantitative Pharmacology: Apply mathematical modeling to predict how medicines behave in the human body, helping to accelerate discovery processes.
- Digital Transformation: Lead initiatives aimed at modernizing pharmaceutical operations to improve the speed and efficiency of drug development.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university throughout the duration of the program.
- Academic background in one of the following:
- Bachelor's degree: Supply Chain or Cybersecurity.
- Master's or PhD: Cybersecurity, Statistics, Biostatistics, Biomedical Engineering, or Applied Mathematics.
- Ability to relocate to the office location and commit to a full-time, 40-hour work week.
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States without the need for employment visa sponsorship.

- Term: Winter 2027 (starting January 2027).
- Compensation: $27 to $55 per hour, based on experience and skills.
