About the role#
As a CTSS Intern at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will support clients on their path to mental health stability. You will provide skills-based interventions in home and community settings to foster independence. This role offers shadowing opportunities in other service areas, access to internal CEUs, and a 401k plan.
What you'll do#
- Work with a small caseload of clients.
- Provide culturally responsive mental health skills to clients and their families.
- Collaborate on the design of effective treatment plans.
- Assist with ARMHS or CTSS groups and other program tasks.
- Document sessions accurately and maintain electronic health records in compliance with state laws.
- Participate in team meetings and regular supervision.
- Contribute to collaborative client care and program development.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited graduate program for social work or clinical counseling.
- Requirement to receive internship credit or be completing a formal practicum through your school.
- Access to a personal vehicle for use during the internship.
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism and integrity.
- Previous work or volunteer experience in behavioral health is preferred.

- Compensation: Starts at $18.00 per hour.
