About the role#
Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Student Analyst to join our Rising Stars program. This is a full-time role for individuals currently working toward their BCBA certification. You will work on-site in a center-based setting while completing your required supervision hours.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy for children aged 18 months to 8 years old.
- Implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Collect data on client progress.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and your clinical team.
- Dedicate 8 hours per week to working on BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Enrollment in an accredited master's program in Psychology or a related field.
- Completion of 85% of your required fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000 hours).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
