About the role#
OneEighty provides internship opportunities for students pursuing careers in counseling and social work. This program offers a supportive environment to gain experience in mental health while working toward licensure. Interns are treated as team members and receive the same onboarding as new staff. This is an unpaid, full-time internship with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
You will gain hands-on experience across various mental health areas, including outpatient and residential services. The role involves participating in clinical supervision and engaging in shadowing opportunities before you begin managing your own caseload.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- A Master's degree is preferred.
- Majors in Psychology, Sociology, or related fields are accepted.
