About the role#
As a Project Management Assistant, you will support our team in documentation and reporting on project progress. You will work on short-term projects and help improve our current reporting practices. This is an 8-month, full-time co-op position starting in January 2027.
What you'll do#
- Build Excel tools to measure and report on project performance.
- Assist project managers with scheduling, budgets, and management techniques.
- Track and report on project developments and key metrics.
- Manage short-duration projects from the initial concept through to implementation.
- Identify and develop new processes to improve how we handle project reporting.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Business or Engineering program.
- Eligibility for an 8-month co-op placement starting in Winter 2027.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Experience with structured problem-solving.
- Ability to work both as a team player and independently under supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
- Prior experience in a technical environment is an asset.

- Location: Oakville, Ontario.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 2027 to August 2027).
- Compensation: $22.70 to $36.40 per hour, based on year of study, academic program, and previous co-op terms.
