About the role#
We are looking for an Endpoint Support Coordinator Intern to join our team for the Fall 2026 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chicago. You will support our internal infrastructure, including over 3,000 client computer systems, mobile devices, and printers across our global offices. You will work with a cross-functional team to ensure our technology remains reliable and efficient.
What you'll do#
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all software and hardware concerns.
- Respond to and prioritize technical support requests, providing detailed reports on your progress.
- Identify, assess, and escalate issues while looking for potential trends.
- Install and maintain computing hardware and software using standard practices.
- Create and update documentation for troubleshooting and general system usage.
- Manage hardware and software inventories.
- Research new products and services to ensure our business needs are met.
- Provide guidance to end-users on the effective use of technology.
- Remain available on call 24/7 and travel as required for business needs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited degree program with a concentration in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Commitment to returning to school full-time after the internship.
- Experience supporting Windows, Linux, MacOS, and Microsoft 365 products like Teams and OneDrive.
- Knowledge of Cisco networking fundamentals, security practices, and anti-virus software.
- Familiarity with office automation tools and peripherals such as scanners and printers.
- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and explain technical steps clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Professional communication skills and a focus on customer service.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Certification in Microsoft client technologies is highly desirable.

- Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Compensation: $22 to $30 per hour
