About the role#
The Project Manager Intern will support the Sr. Program Manager of Strategy and Planning during the pre-execution phase of programs. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week, paid internship for the Fall 2026 term. You will work with various functional groups, including Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Engineering, to support program requirements.
What you'll do#
- Assist in drafting complex business plans that detail operating plans for program deliverables.
- Perform cost walk creation, financial analysis, and monthly financial updates.
- Assist in drafting legal documentation, such as quotes, proposals, and Master Service Agreements (MSA).
- Manage the key performance indicators (KPI) data log and associated documentation.
- Create and revise complex spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Create presentations for the Contract Manufacturing team.
- Manage the department asset crib, including asset tagging, updating tracking spreadsheets, and coordinating repairs.
- Handle administrative tasks such as managing office supplies and coordinating department events.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Must be a US Citizen or US permanent resident to allow for ITAR compliance.
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to think critically to analyze data and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including in-person presentation abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
