About the role#
As a Data Analytics Intern, you will gain hands-on experience working with our analyst team to support business needs. You will analyze trends, create reports, and contribute to various projects across our organization. This position requires you to work on-site at our headquarters in Alden, Iowa.
What you'll do#
- Create, update, and analyze financial models for private equity investments in the agriculture industry.
- Write and present research reports on assigned topics, including trend analysis for the United States and Brazilian agriculture sectors.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Track and analyze data related to agricultural trends and pricing.
- Manage special projects as they arise.
- Deliver a final presentation to the management team to summarize your accomplishments and experiences.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore or higher in an agricultural business, economics, finance, or accounting program.
- Ability to work independently as a motivated self-starter.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort working in an entrepreneurial environment.
