    About the role#

    This internship is part of the Lifecycle Services team. You will gain hands-on experience in engineering and customer-focused technical support during the Summer 2026 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mayfield Heights, Ohio.

    What you'll do#

    • Work with Industrial Data Centers, CISCO switches, and Ethernet/IP solutions.
    • Configure hardware for team projects to support customer needs.
    • Assist with lab design and configuration tasks.
    • Potentially travel to customer sites to provide project support.

    What you'll need#

    • Active enrollment in a four-year or advanced degree program at an accredited university in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
    • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (sponsorship is not available for this role).
    • A demonstrated desire to provide high-quality customer service.
    • Experience approaching technical challenges with creative solutions.

    • Location: Mayfield Heights, Ohio.
    • Term: Summer 2026.
    • Modality: On-site.
    • Compensation: $22 - $32 per hour.
