About the role#
As a Health Data Strategy Operations Intern, you will join a cross-functional team focused on clinical operations and data initiatives. This 12-month internship offers hands-on experience and direct exposure to healthcare professionals while you contribute to ongoing projects.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Health Data Strategy Team, including work on payments and contracting.
- Update clinical trial management tracking systems and databases to maintain data accuracy.
- Collect and organize clinical research documents from study start-up through closure.
- Assist with the publication review process and track project timelines and budgets.
- Act as an internal contact for operational queries and manage team tools like Google Sites and shared drives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Master’s Degree program in Biotechnology, Biotechnology Commercialization and Discovery, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate workflows.
- Proficiency with digital tools including MS Office, Google Workspace, and web-based systems.
- A foundational understanding of clinical research principles.
- Fluency in English. French language skills are considered an asset.

- Location: Mississauga, Ontario.
- Term: Winter 2027 (12-month duration).
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
- Employment Type: Full-time, paid internship.
