About the role#
As an Enterprise Operations Intern, you will join a team focused on cross-functional collaboration and operational delivery. This role offers exposure to core business operations and strategic initiatives while you support daily activities and project milestones. You will work within an environment that values personal expression and open dialogue.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with managers to execute operational tasks and support project management for medical and marketing initiatives.
- Manage, maintain, and optimize internal information systems and shared operational platforms.
- Work with internal legal and contracts departments to streamline documentation and operational processes.
- Create and align materials for internal and external tactics.
- Support project execution within medical education programs and assist with the brand planning cycle.
- Apply flexible principles to daily workflows and team collaborations while ensuring compliance with document management guidelines.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Master's program in Biotechnology, Biomedical Discovery and Commercialization, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to share ideas across diverse teams.
- A continuous learner mindset with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in changing environments.
Location & details#
- Location: Mississauga, Ontario.
- Term: 12-month full-time internship starting January 2027.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
- Compensation: This is a paid position.
