About the role#
As a Pharma Technical Regulatory Submission Intern, you will join our global team in Mississauga to support the delivery of regulatory submissions to health authorities. You will work with cross-functional experts to manage submission processes and maintain global compliance for our portfolio. This is a 12-month full-time internship starting in January 2027.
What you'll do#
- Prepare global Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) regulatory submissions, including Module 3 CTD dossiers.
- Manage regulatory information systems and documentation.
- Create and track project timelines to support operational workflows.
- Apply data quality management practices using core business IT systems.
- Collaborate with technical development teams to provide regulatory guidance.
- Participate in agile methodologies to support continuous improvement.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Discovery and Commercialization, or a closely related field, with a completed Bachelor’s degree in life sciences.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry operations.
- Strong attention to detail with proven abilities in data consistency and proofreading.
- Tech-savvy approach with a drive to use digital tools for efficient workflows.
- Ability to work as an organized team player and communicate effectively.

- Location: Mississauga, Ontario.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (minimum 3 days in office).
- Term: Winter 2027 (12-month duration).
- Compensation: This position is paid, with a hiring range of 57,416.00 to 75,358.50 CAD.
