About the role#
As a Global Clinical Operations Intern, you will support the delivery of clinical studies across various therapeutic areas. You will work within a global team to manage pharmaceutical product development initiatives and help improve the experiences of patients and investigators.
What you'll do#
- Provide strategic and operational support for global clinical studies.
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth portfolio execution.
- Build peer-to-peer relationships to prioritize the needs of patients, investigators, and clinical sites.
- Implement processes that support personalized healthcare solutions.
- Drive communication across teams and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners while following clinical and safety guidelines.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Master’s program in Biomedical Discovery and Commercialization, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to integrity, courage, and passion.
Location & details#
- Location: Mississauga, Ontario.
- Term: 12-month full-time internship starting January 2027.
- Work modality: Hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
- Compensation: Paid position with a salary range of 57,416.00 to 75,358.50 CAD.
