About the role#
As a High School Service Intern at RDO Equipment Co., you will gain hands-on experience working with heavy machinery. This role allows you to learn how a dealership operates and build practical skills alongside experienced team members while you are still in school.
What you'll do#
- Assist technicians with equipment repair and maintenance.
- Support the parts department and showroom operations.
- Perform facility, yard, and equipment upkeep to keep the shop running.
- Participate in training, team meetings, and real-world work experiences.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to maintain acceptable attendance while balancing school and work commitments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- You must have valid work authorization to work in the United States.

- Location: Maple Grove, Minnesota.
- This is a paid, on-site, full-time rolling internship.
