About the role#
The Access Your Future Service Internship is designed to bridge the gap between classroom theory and real-world shop experience. You will work alongside experienced technicians and mentors to build your technical skills. This is a paid, part-time position based in Pflugerville, Texas.
What you'll do#
- Diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble, and service equipment.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks and assist with troubleshooting.
- Document machine details and repair work on service orders.
- Learn to use advanced tools and technology in the shop.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and show care for company tools and equipment.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an approved Heavy Equipment Service, Diesel Technology, or technical service program.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA and a solid attendance record.
- Experience using mechanical tools.
- Strong computer skills and clear communication abilities.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Valid work authorization for the United States.
