High School Service Intern

About the role#

This internship provides high school students with paid, part-time experience at a heavy equipment dealership. Students gain exposure to the industry by working within the parts, sales, and service departments during summers, school breaks, and after-school hours.

What you'll do#

• Shadow and assist technicians with equipment repairs.
• Support the parts department and showroom operations.
• Assist with building and yard maintenance, including cleaning equipment.
• Participate in company-sponsored training and departmental meetings.
• Maintain a professional image and positive working relationships with team members and customers.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
• Adhere to the academic policies and rules of your school.

What you'll need#

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service capabilities.
• Ability to maintain an acceptable attendance record.
• Valid work authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

• Compensation: $18 – $19 per hour
