About the role#
As a Strategic Execution Practice Management Intern, you will support the Process Risk Centre of Excellence and Strategic Execution group. You will help the team develop and implement standardized project management disciplines. This position offers a chance to work on bank initiatives while building connections across the organization, including with senior leadership.
What you'll do#
- Gather requirements, build dashboards, and perform data analysis for portfolio management.
- Present your findings in clear and actionable formats.
- Develop team resources, such as Connect sites, templates, and tools to standardize processes.
- Prepare and update project materials and artifacts to ensure consistency.
- Support process development and other team enablement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- You are currently working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at an accredited university.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience building dashboards.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Strong business acumen and an analytical mindset.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid 4-month internship running from January 2027 to April 2027.
- The role is based in Toronto, Ontario.
- Work arrangements include remote, on-site, and hybrid options to be discussed with the hiring manager.
- Candidates must be located within Ontario for the duration of the work term.
