About the role#
As an Agile Analyst Co-op at our Kitchener Development Center, you will work on software projects alongside full-time employees and other students. You will take ownership of specific business problems and drive them to completion. This role involves navigating ambiguity and using your creativity to find effective solutions.
What you'll do#
- Deliver User Stories and mockups to developers to support the creation of software solutions.
- Engage with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Solve real-world business challenges while collaborating with your team.
- Maintain solid documentation to provide the foundation for successful development work.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a university, accredited co-op, or internship program in a business-related field.
- A technical background or previous software development experience.
- Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to clear and thorough documentation.
