About the role#
We are looking for a Student Analyst to join the Global Asset Management Risk team in Toronto. This is a full-time, paid position for a 4-month term. You will work on-site at the RBC Centre.
What you'll do#
- Improve current risk management processes and build new ones using Python, Power BI, and Excel.
- Run analysis for risk management inquiries.
- Work on specific projects and tasks under direct supervision.
- Write process documentation and update existing procedure manuals.
- Build your knowledge of our products, services, and internal business tools.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
- Strong computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and listen effectively.
- A focus on personal development and taking initiative.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build professional relationships.

- Location: 155 Wellington St W, Toronto, Ontario.
- Work schedule: 37.5 hours per week.
- Employment type: Full-time, fixed-term student role.
