About the role#
This position is for a Client Advisor Intern. You will work in a branch setting to help clients with their everyday banking needs. Your focus is on building relationships, providing financial advice, and ensuring clients have a positive experience with the bank. You will act as an ambassador for the company, helping clients achieve their goals while collaborating with internal partners.
What you'll do#
- Engage with clients in the branch and the community to identify their banking needs and sales opportunities.
- Teach clients how to use digital banking tools and demonstrate new technology.
- Manage client requests and assist with a full range of financial transactions.
- Listen to clients to understand their individual financial goals.
- Take ownership of resolving and preventing banking problems for clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal partners to identify new business opportunities.
What you'll need#
- A strong focus on putting clients first and a background in a target-driven sales environment.
- Ability to solve problems and build relationships with people.
- Digital literacy across devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- A desire to learn and a strong sense of personal ethics.
- Availability to work all business hours.
- Students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics are encouraged to apply.
