About the role#
This position focuses on client-centered sales and problem-solving. You will act as an ambassador for the branch, assisting clients with everyday banking needs and helping them reach their financial goals. You will work in a part-time capacity to provide advice and support during client interactions.
What you'll do#
- Engage with clients in the branch and the community to uncover banking needs.
- Provide advice and identify opportunities for sales or referrals.
- Educate clients on digital banking tools and assist with financial transactions.
- Listen to clients to understand their individual needs.
- Take ownership of resolving and preventing banking problems for clients.
- Build relationships with internal partners to support business opportunities.
What you'll need#
- A passion for putting clients first and experience in a target-driven sales environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility, a desire to learn, and personal ethics.
- Digital literacy across devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Availability to work all business hours.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Marketing.
- A track record of building rapport within the financial or service industry is preferred.
- Mutual Funds accreditation is an asset.
